Alcohol Consumption & Service
- Guests under 21 cannot consume alcohol. Valid photo ID is required per Arizona law.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone excessively intoxicated or acting abusively.
- No sharing alcohol to minors—violators will be denied service.
- Our staff may close the bar at any time if guest behavior is unsafe or disruptive.
Alcohol Not Included
- Clients must purchase their own alcohol; we handle the rest.
- We can guide you on quantities and recommend retailers like Total Wine & More, which allow returns on unused alcohol.
Bartending Service & Licensing
- We are Title IV licensed to serve at private events (weddings, showers, corporate gatherings).
- We cannot operate a cash bar or purchase alcohol for clients.
- Nonprofits, government agencies, or political groups must secure a Series 15 special event liquor permit if operating a cash bar. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits.
Deposits & Payments
- A $50 deposit is required at booking, non-refundable.
- Late payment may result in event cancellation.
- Any time overages must be paid on-site at $100 per hour before additional service is provided.
- Returned checks incur a $50 fee.
Ice
- Ice is included for bartending use only (not for other vendors).
Inclement Weather
- We may cease operations if weather conditions pose risks to staff, guests, or equipment. No refunds will be issued for weather-related shutdowns.
Damage & Liability
- Clients are responsible for damages to our equipment caused by misuse.
