Terms and Conditions

It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcohol at any event. We suggest that all guests have a photo ID present, the state of Arizona law requires all patrons show proof of age at time of service. We have the right to refuse to serve anyone at the event who appears excessively drunk or uses threatening or abusive behavior towards staff or guests. We will also refuse to serve anyone who attempts to provide alcohol for someone under the age of 21.  The bar staff reserves the right to close the bar at any time if they feel behavior of guests are threatening or unruly and may cause harm to others or property.  The decision on such matters will be taken by Lush Cakes Cocktails LLC bartending staff.  

Alcohol Not Included  

Our packages do not include the alcohol. You will need to purchase any alcohol that will be served at your event, we will take it and handle the rest. We can help provide you with tips on how much to provide and how to make it a smooth process. We recommend purchasing at retailers such as Total Wine & More where unused alcohol can be returned. 

Bartending Service / Liquor License 

We are title IV licensed by the Arizona Dept of Liquor to serve liquor for private parties (weddings showers, corporate events). We cannot operate as a cash bar or purchase liquor on behalf of the client for events as this would violate Arizona liquor laws. If the client is a non-profit, government agency, political party, or campaign committee you may apply for a series 15 special event liquor permit to operate a cash bar. Lush Cakes and Cocktails is not responsible for obtaining a series 15, verifying valid liquor permitting, or other required permits, it is the sole responsibility of the client. 

Deposits and Refunds

A deposit in the amount agreed upon $50.00 is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Deposit is refundable up to seven calendar days prior to the event. Clients will pay a $50.00 fee for any and all returned checks. 

Balance Due

Balance is non-refundable and due no later than three days prior to the event. Note that events are subject to cancellation three days prior to the event if payment is not received. Payment for any overage in time must be paid directly to the bartender(s) at a rate of $100 per hour on site before additional hours are provided. 

Ice

Our packages include ice for our bartending service use. We do not provide ice for other vendors i.e. caterers, etc.

Inclement Weather

Lush Cakes Cocktails LLC reserves the right, in good faith, to cease the operation should the weather pose a potential danger to our personnel, the equipment, or guests. Since safety is paramount in all decisions, Lush Cakes and Cocktails compensation will not be affected if the operation is ended. 

Damage or Loss of Equipment 

Client acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the equipment owned by Lush Cakes and Cocktails caused by any misuse of the equipment by client or its guests.
